    My videos are not displaying on my website. What should I do?

    If you are a new EyeCarePro client as of August 2013 the videos should be active right away.  Please contact Support if this does not happen for you. (Note: In order for your Rendia videos to display on your website your primary domain must be active and associated with your Rendia account. If you do not have one you will need to set one up and let Support and Rendia know the primary domain you are using for your website.)
